UNDERSTAND THE JOB
Turn a rough idea into explicit requirements, architecture, decisions and acceptance criteria before expensive work starts.
PLAN / SCOPE
Describe what you want to build. ForgeBoss turns it into a governed engineering job with bounded cost, authority, testing, review and proof.
AI coding tools write code. ForgeBoss controls the engineering process around it.
Free preview uses shared zero-cost capacity. It is not a full production build or independent review.
KEEP THIS IDEA — JOIN BETA→A rough Idea Core enters the forge. Nothing is pretending to be finished yet.
AI workers can change. Your project rules should not. ForgeBoss keeps the plan, authority boundaries, budgets, reviews and evidence outside the worker that writes the code.
Turn a rough idea into explicit requirements, architecture, decisions and acceptance criteria before expensive work starts.
PLAN / SCOPEWorkers receive bounded tasks, isolated scopes and hard spend ceilings instead of unlimited authority over the project.
BUILD / CONTROLThe builder cannot approve its own work. Frozen candidates go through separate review and repair/retest when required.
REVIEW / REPAIREvidence binds to the exact source and artifact: tests, review, repairs, toolchain identity, spend and known limitations.
PROOF / RELEASEThe front door stays simple. The engineering underneath gets stricter as the project becomes more important.
Move fast without handing an AI unlimited cost or authority.
Describe the outcome while ForgeBoss manages the engineering loop.
Use models as workers without making one model the source of truth.
Make repeatable process part of the product instead of tribal knowledge.
ForgeBoss is designed to govern the whole job around the model: scope, cost, authority, validation, independent review, recovery and proof.
No self-awarded score. “Typical AI coding tool” is a category comparison, not a claim that every competing product behaves the same way.
The goal is not to produce the most code. The goal is to reach a result you can test, review, recover and trust.
Define the ceiling before work starts and make the system respect it.
Give each worker only the job and permissions it actually needs.
Separate building from reviewing, then repair and retest when required.
Keep portable source, explicit evidence and the final release decision.
ForgeBoss is built around governed execution. Every expensive or risky step sits inside explicit limits, evidence and owner authority.
A platform is only marked supported after its real build toolchain and artifact proof pass.
Availability will be published per target. “Coming soon” never means “already supported.”
ForgeBoss is designed to show what was actually built and the evidence that proves it.

Anonymous previews use shared free-only provider capacity. Normal customers use ForgeBoss-managed usage with hard project/run limits. Advanced and business users can optionally bring approved provider keys.
We're building the first ForgeBoss beta for people with real software ideas and existing projects. The first group will be deliberately small.
